Packaging Can Be Deceiving So Keep Reading Those Labels!

If a bread is marketed as 100% whole-wheat doesn’t that sound wholesome? Check out the label  for the ingredients in Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread:

  • Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Brown Sugar.
