Shop the Perimeter of The Store

You’ve heard it before and it’s true.  The most nutritious foods are on the outer perimeter of the store.  If you stick primarily with these foods you will have no trouble at all succeeding in the 10 day challenge.

What you find on the outer layer of the grocery are fruits, veggies, meats, fresh baked breads and dairy.  Of course, it’s fine to shop up and down the isles, but this requires more label reading.  It’s not that you can’t find foods that are wholesome and nutritious in the interior of the store, you’ll just have to work a little harder to find them.
